Vintage, beautiful, handmade hat. this hat has beautiful handmade satin flowers. This hat is about 30 years old. This is in excellent condition. It has no stains, rips or tears on it. 
This item has been kept in a plastic container the whole time and was never worn. So this would be considered new vintage kept in a clean  smoke free environment.
