This is a vintage dress approximately  a little more than 20 years old. The value was originally $200 at that time. The designer was well known for designing Bohemian dresses of many kinds. This is an American standard  size medium. The designer name is Guadalupe Hipse. This dress  has never been worn. That is why it’s called new vintage. This dress is in excellent shape and has been kept in a dress bag in a smoke free environment for over 20 years . It has dropped shoulders, but the sleeve itself is Approximately 18 inches long. The dress from Top to bottom is 38 inches long. 

The dress itself is a true work of art with embroidery over the entire front and the bottom  end. The pink tassels have beaded tops to them . I would say, this would be a hand wash item. It would look beautiful with boots, or with a pair of sandals, for the summertime on those warm days.
